This came to me from Mike Freitag, Director of Coaching for Colorado Soccer. It is from an email to Soccer Coaches across Colorado and is a wonderful pledge/reminder of our duties as coaches (for any sport honestly). I share it with you here to remember what our intentions support as youth and young adult coaches… the development of athletes – but more than that, the development and support of young people.
